1300 Meteor Rentals is very happy to announce the latest upgrade to our huge 4x4 range the new 5 star safety rated Toyota Landcruiser 4x4 SC (Single Cab) tray back utility!
Our new MY17 model Landcruiser tray back 4x4 single cab utes feature a 5 star ANCAP crash rating (inclusive of genuine Toyota bull bar and side bars), giving access to those sites requiring this top safety standard!.
Other improvements to our new models includes Euro V emissions compliance, auto hubs (at last!), revised gearing, a generous 130 litre long range fuel tank, and tubeless rims (split rims are now consigned to history!).
Our fleet only runs the higher spec GXL model, which offers our clients the distinct advantage of factory diff locks, central locking and cruise control, all of which are not included to the base Workmate model.
Our standard 'Mine Spec' safety equipment includes: Amber beacon, high mount tail lights, modified headlight circuit, reversing alarm, battery and starter motor isolation switches, tubeless rims, yellow reflective stripes, regulation ID stickers, flag & whip where required, UHF 2 way radio, wheel chocks, safety triangle kit, canvas seat covers. Options include VHF 2 way radio, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, pre-start book, and a 2nd spare. With our policy of updating our light vehicle fleet within 3-4 years and / or a low 75,000 kilometres reliability is assured! Constant updating also means that our fleet is kept up to date with the latest models and features!
